Network
Our websites are hosted in our state-of-the-art, fully managed hosting infrastructure which is collocated with Pipex Plc in their tier 1 data centre in Leeds.

With a unique combination of advanced hardware and software the speed experienced by our customers can be attributed to the continual investment allowing for expansion of our grids with advanced multi core processors.
Concrete Backup
Our hardware is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The database servers are are configured so that in the event of a failure, data can be restored within a maximum of 10 minutes.
Our platform is designed in such a way that if any server fails another server automatically and without delay takes over that server's workload.
Data is also automatically synchronised between the arrays so that in the event of an array failing the remaining array continues to serve data to the servers with no downtime.
Security
We take the security of our hosted websites very seriously. We have a strict security policy covering access by customers and our own staff and also covering the configuration of the firewall solution. Security patches are applied as soon as they become available for our entire infrastructure.
