Trying to confirm a GTM as a booking to the supplier (ref 2817928). Clicking ‘Select a sub-contractor’ or the ‘Book’ button from the Tramp screen gives:
Access Denied to Search Regular Runs RJ

Hi setting up multi-user notifications, unable to set minimum vehicle size to below small van. Want to set this to bike. Also would like second user to be able to receive notifications out of hours and over weekend but not sure if the “no notifications” time filter applies during weekend as well. ie he won’t receive notifications over the weekend during the times set on this filter, eg 08.00 – 17.00
Also currently unable to post return journey – tells me access denied. plus also unable to manage user settings.

Hi, can now post return journeys but still cannot add another user (Access denied to create user) or amend existing user settings. Also, are notification settings created on on beta site functional ? Notification set for second user out of hours not received last night

Wouldn’t it be a good idea if the phone number displayed on GTM alerts was tied to the user rather than the company? So if two users at the same company have different mobiles or direct dial numbers they could each post GTMs which only publish their own number. Or a single user could set up a dummy user so that some jobs display a mobile number only – for out of hours use maybe.

what would happen if that user wasnt able to answer the phone for whatever reason, would it not be better to have the main office number? I am just trying to look at this objectively

I’m not saying that different users HAVE to have different numbers (I guess many of them won’t) but if they have their own number entered and they’re entering jobs themselves then surely it would be better to route replies to them rather than to another number? It would actually be better if there was a drop-down list on the GTM entry page allowing a choice of which (pre-entered) numbers go out with a GTM.
It was a comment on Chat that made me think of this – “We have a couple of numbers for our business, one that goes through to John and one that goes through to Michael. Sometimes if one of us is out on the road and cant take calls we ask cx members to ring our other number, but not everybody actually reads the notes, so there is no point.”

Seems a sensible idea, I will need to look at what is involved, maybe quite a bit of work to get this functioning properly, but it is certainly a good idea

I think that many of us trust a few other members enough to allow them to post GTMs & RJs on our behalf – while not actually wanting them to have full access to all the customer details etc. of our businesses. I’d like to be able to create a user role which only allows the user to post RJs and GTMs and to mark them as sold but not to access any information on previous jobs etc. stored on the system.
This seems a fairly simple thing to do and would (I think) cut down some of the telephone calls to CX and some of the jobs which still appear as unsold for hours after they’ve been sold.
