Attempted to register fleet details, I only have one XLWB Sprinter – the drop down menu for body type does not have an option for ‘panel van’ so I cannot register details as leaving it blank generates this response ; *This question requires an answer.

1.When you expand the directory for a particular member there is no link for the companies website. I always check a website to see the quality.
2. When you first enter the directory it shows the 10 most recent members…how about having it so it shows your local area. Possibly have a drop down menu for other options…like highest feedback, oldest members, newest members etc….
3. One vital bit of information is missing…the company address! You have the postcode and town but that’s it.

Hi Lloyd, please put it in as a box van for now and I will get panel van added in as an option
I have added panel to the list of body types and updated all vehicles accordingly

When clicking on a company in return journeys, only the contact details come up. Would it be possible to have the accreditation page come up?

I know you siad about clicking on the little blue “i” to bring up the accreditation details for a member but for me it’s more logical to click on the members name for these details. I’m forever clicking the name only to get the pop-up showing the contacts/user registered.
It’s just common sense to click the company name to get details on the company!

Agree with Carl (point 5) clicking the members name would be easier than the blue “i” icon

Searching for Frank’s Express Couriers in the directory brings up the name in the ‘Company Name / Reg Number’ box as it’s typed in, but the search doesn’t produce any results. Maybe caused by the apostrophe in the name?
Why not parse all non alphanumeric characters 9including spaces) from the string as it’s submitted, so that a search for A&K Couriers would also bring up results for A.K.Couriers, AK Couriers, A & K Couriers, AKCouriers etc.

On the directory main page the ‘most recent members’list doesn’t seem to be updating as new members go live. Lifeline Distribution aren’t on the list for example.

We had a limited fuzzy search, this is being made less restrictive
